Fulfillment Time and Backorders Generally all in stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Longer turnaround times may be reflected during peak periods. You will be notified by email or phone (please make sure you leave correct contact information) if your order is expected to be delayed by more than 5 business days.

Though every attempt is made to ensure that products are always available, there is the possibility that from time to time certain products may not be available. If this happens, you will be notified by email or phone. As they are uncommon, backorders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Payment All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise noted. GST and Shipping & Handling are extra. US credit card orders can be processed in US Dollars upon request. There is no GST added to US orders. Bonsai Faery is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred after shipment leaves our offices.

Accepted forms of payment are cheque, money order, or credit card via PayPal. PayPal can be processed via the website, or through email on phone orders. For the safety of both of us, credit card orders will only be shipped to a confirmed address.

Cheques and money orders may be subject to a hold for verification of funds. Mail payment (cheque or money order made payable to The Holistic Mystic) with completed order form to:

Returned cheques will be subject to a $35 fee.

Returns Bonsai Faery Soap Co. takes pride in its work, where customer satisfaction is a high priority. Please contact customer service within 5 business days upon recieving the wrong item, or if you are not satisfied with the product. Due to the personal nature of the products, any use of items may forfeit eligibility for return. Please call with specific concerns. Approved returns must be returned unopened in original packaging within 10 days. Sender is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for returns not related to packing errors.

Use of product Some of the items sold on BonsaiFaery.Com naturally have certain contraindications for some individuals. Any contraindications will be listed on the product details page. Common contraindications are for pregnancy and some medical conditions. Please be aware of these, and exercise caution if necessary. Information given on this website is for general knowledge only, it is recommended that you consult the expertise of a professional when necessary.

Damages. If your item arrives damaged, report to courier immediately. If this is not possible, you must contact us within 2 days to start a damage claim.

Errors and Omissions All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot assume responsibility for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
